Birthday Party Policies

  • $50.00 deposit is required to book a reservation. This cost goes towards the final party cost. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Additional guests can be added at an additional cost
  • No food items may be brought into the park, with the exception of bottled water & cake
  • We are happy to rebook parties with proper notice, but cancelled parties relinquish their deposit.

FAQs

What do I do if I have more than 10 guests for the party?
Each additional guest over 10 will require an additional charge.
Can I bring food to the party?
Only a cake or cupcakes and bottled water may be brought into the zoo. No other food will be permitted, If you need snacks or a light lunch we are happy to coordinate with our concession stand to make sure non of your guests go hungry ZooWorld cannot store ice cream cakes.
Can I bring in decorations?
Yes, but for the safety of our animals balloons and plastic streamers are not permitted. ZooWorld will provide you with zoo themed table cloths! Plus, the background to your birthday party will be our zoo’s lush landscape and beautiful animals, so not many extra decorations are needed!
What time should I arrive?
You may arrive 1 hour before your scheduled event time to set up. Please advise your guests that they will not be permitted before the start time of your party.
What if it rains?  
Our Birthday parties are outside and the Florida weather can be unpredictable! We are happy to reschedule your party for another date or time if the weather gets WILDer than we are! We do require a 24 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellations will not be refunded their deposit.
