Can we bring snacks or lunches?
Of course! Our field trips are given a reserved area equipped with plenty of picnic tables. We just ask that all food items stay in the picnic area.
What if we’re tax exempt?
If your school or group is tax exempt, just bring a copy of your tax exempt certificate for us to keep on file.
Can you send us a purchase order or invoice?
Sure! Make sure to request that option when booking your field trip! Groups@ZooWorldpcb.com
What happens if it rains on the day of our reservation?
All school group reservations can be rebooked if a weather based need to
cancel arises. Let us know as early as possible and we will work
